- All uploaded images and design files
- Order history and transaction records (subject to legal retention requirements)

- Usage data and analytics associated with your account
- Marketing preferences and subscription data

- Processing: Complete deletion typically takes 7-14 business days
- Confirmation: We will notify you once the deletion is complete
Please note that some data may remain in backup systems for up to 30 days before being permanently removed.
Account Closure
Requesting data deletion will result in the permanent closure of your DecalForge account. This action cannot be undone. If you wish to use our services again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
Third-Party Services
While we will delete your data from our systems, you may need to separately contact third-party services we use (such as payment processors) to request deletion of data they may have collected independently. We can provide guidance on this process upon request.
